Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Yes all of our cleaners are police checked for your peace of mind.
Clean times vary depending on the type of clean required. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss what would best suit your circumstance.
It is not necessary for you to meet your cleaner. All we need is a key or code prior to the clean and/or instructions to allow your cleaner access to your property.
With the service we provide, our aim is to provide you with a regular cleaner for your scheduled weekly or fortnightly cleans. If this is not at all possible we will always discuss a change with you first.
If your regular cleaner is not available we will always provide you with the option of missing a clean or utilising one of our other cleaners,
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. If the service is cancelled within the 24 hours then a one off fee of $50.00 will be charged.
